Rudra Cottex Limited is a Gujarat-based cotton yarn manufacturer established in 2016, engaged in the manufacturing of cotton yarn and the trading of cotton bales and cotton yarn. Our cotton yarn product portfolio comprises EliTwist technology based compact yarn, conventional compact yarn, carded yarn and combed yarn, serving hosiery, knitting and weaving applications.

Rudra Cottex operates a cotton spinning facility in Gujarat, spread across approximately 13,137 sq. m. The facility supports the production of EliTwist technology based compact yarn, conventional compact yarn, carded yarn and combed yarn for knitting and weaving applications.
The facility is supported by approximately 3,500 sq. m of storage areas for cotton bales, finished yarn, packing material, stores and spares, supporting a consistent and reliable supply of high-grade cotton.

Raw Cotton
Preparing the Fibre
Selected raw cotton enters the manufacturing process and is prepared for subsequent fibre-opening and cleaning operations.
Blow Room
Opening & Cleaning
Cotton is opened and cleaned to remove dust and unwanted material before moving to the next stage of yarn preparation.
Carding
Separating & Aligning Fibres
Carding separates, cleans and aligns cotton fibres to create a more uniform fibre arrangement for further processing.
Drawing
Improving Fibre Uniformity
Drawing further improves fibre alignment and uniformity, preparing the material for subsequent spinning operations.
Combing
Refining Cotton Fibres
For combed yarn, the combing process removes short fibres and remaining impurities to prepare the fibres for refined yarn production.

Preparing the Fibre Strand
Prepared cotton fibres are converted into a thinner strand known as roving, ready for the final spinning stage.
Ring / Compact Spinning
Creating the Final Yarn
Roving is drafted and twisted through ring or compact spinning to convert the prepared fibres into finished cotton yarn.
Winding
Forming Yarn Packages
The finished yarn is wound onto cones or suitable packages for inspection, packing and subsequent supply.
Quality Inspection
Checking Yarn Consistency
Finished yarn is inspected for relevant quality parameters such as count, strength and uniformity before approval.
Packing & Dispatch
Ready for Customer Supply
Approved yarn is packed and prepared for dispatch according to the applicable order and customer requirements.
